The company is not responsible for any anomalies occured in the reservations booked for the hotels & villas due to overbookings, misleading communication or information caused by the hotels & villas, disclosure of co-operation and any other problem caused by the properties. The hotels & villas are fully responsible for any damages caused in the reservations and they are totally responsible for the guests and liable against the Law.
The company delivers always all reservations and their payments directly to the hotels & villas. The guests agree that they should always handle any problems in their reservations, directly with the individual properties they have booked with for any relocation, compensation and damage.
